Rather disappointed with Fully Booked, what with its predilection for Graham Greene, Teschen and Phaidon art books, and American politics according to Michael Moore. Or is it because I am slowly swearing off fiction (oh, those candy-colored things with promises for the fledging sophisticated urbanite), the illusion of owning a Neutra house and knowing the difference between Richard Meier and Frank Gehry to give way to Amazon dreams of related searches and the urge to look inside?

Went out of the store with the Marquis de Sade's The One Hundred and Twenty Days of Sodom. Php 1, 039 for debauchery and an introduction by Simone de Beauvoir. Mmmm.
