Durgaspeak

This is my second post exclusively dedicated to durga.

No, this is not a repeat of the sentimental crap I spewed last time. This post is on account of a curious factoid about her - she owns 600 ballpens.

This immediately reminded me of the pithy department ballpen ration, reduced from two (black and red) to one (black). (As if it made all the difference in the world.) So far, I'm going onto my third whiteboard marker this semester, the first two being casualties of negligence. (I keep leaving them in my MWF 8-9 classroom.)

And durga has 600 ballpens.

And she tells me there is a store devoted entirely to teachers' office supplies.

Mmmmmm.

And I have two ballpens.
