The day after

(This is for L., who still regrets not documenting the time such a moment happened)

It's been an exhilirating ride. We shared a lot of ourselves in ways I could never start to enumerate. I will always be grateful to you for sharing your passions with me. But it is time.

I am getting off the bike.
