Good times post number one

Should I have asked anyway? You know it when I ask an awkward, insipid question. But somehow, you probably know what I meant. It wasn't the question per se but what the question stood for. After all, you were the one who unselfishly gave the Cliffs Notes to who you are. No questions asked. Rare moment. The rare moment among rare moments I still know that leave me with a smile. And a warm fuzzy feeling. And an imaginary security blanket. Even the dark times seem to lose their fangs.

Yes, yes I fell silly for asking. I felt sillier how we maneuvered our way through the rush of people. There were few things in life that made us content, even if elusive, even if fleeting.

Am looking forward to your return, but you know, I might be gone by then. Someday our paths will truly cross and when that time comes, I could only imagine us taking on the world.
